Payment

Payment for goods purchased from this site is made online by credit or debit card. We do not collect credit card information ourselves - you will be transferred to the secure PayPal site to make payment. Once PayPal confirm your payment transaction is successful, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Delivery

We hope to post all parcels within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. At busy times or if the order is large this may not be possible but we will always get your parcel out as soon as we can. Please ring or email if your order is urgent and we will do all we can to help.

• - Order value £10-£30: £2.50
• - Order value £30-£50: £3.50
• - Order value £50-£100: £4.50
• - Order value £100-£200: £5.50
• - Order value over £200: £7.50

Our packaging policy

We re-use as much packaging as possible so please excuse us if your beads arrive in re-used seal-able bags and packing materials. If the bags look a little dusty it is only the very fine sand which is used in the glass bead making process. We will always make sure your beads and buttons are properly packaged and safe for posting. PLEASE RE-USE OR RECYCLE ALL OUR PACKAGING MATERIAL.

Returns and Cancellations

Under the UK consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. We do not have the right to deduct postage charges from your refund. Returned items are returned at your own expense, and with the receipt, and in a condition where they are fit for re-sale.

Descriptions

All products are photographed to be as close a colour match as possible and all size measurements are given to the millimetre but small variations in colour and size may occur. If you are not happy with our products we will happily give you a refund or exchange. Every effort is made to ensure descriptions are correct. Colour Mixes are made using equal amounts of all colours available. Product descriptions 'gold' or 'silver' are subjective colour descriptions and do not relate to materials. If a product is made from Sterling Silver it will be clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter any prices, descriptions and terms and conditions at any time.

Out of stocks

If a product is Out of Stock you will not be charged for that item and will be informed of the date when the stock is due. Please re-order when the stock is available.
